Recording Guidelines/SOP's for BF's/MR's:

Before the recording:

  • Check with the doctor if he/she is prepared with the answers of the four questions.
  • Make sure the background frame is clearly visible.
  • Put the phone in airplane mode. Position camera/phone in static position(horizontal on the tripod stand) at eye level like in above image while recording.
  • Total videos to be recorded are 4 (4 answers video).

During the recording:

  • Ensure the video is in Landscape format, recorded in full HD, and saved in mp4 or mov format.
  • Record one sample video to check the frame and audio clarity. Change rooms if necessary to reduce outside noise.
  • Avoid repeating questions; signal the doctor with a thumbs up to begin recording.
  • After the doctor finishes answering, wait for 3 seconds before stopping the video.
  • Each video file should contain only one question and answer. Retake if needed.
  • If the doctor fumbles or pauses, redo the video. Ensure the doctor feels comfortable during the recording.
  • Upload all final video files (4 videos) to the designated sections in the provided form link.
